We don’t offer a fixed catalog of products; instead, we develop solutions tailored to your brand and campaign goals. That means we start from your idea and budget, create the product, design and packaging, and manage the entire process until you have a finished item ready for sale or promotion.
What exactly does Product Creator do?
Product Creator is a studio that turns your idea into a finished physical product – from the initial concept and design, through prototyping and production, all the way to packaging and delivery. We specialize in custom products for football clubs, marketing and travel agencies, and gift shops.
Do you create prototypes before production?
Yes, prototyping is recommended before committing to production. Prototypes help confirm size, feel, appearance, and basic function, and they reduce expensive changes later. The prototype stage also helps confirm materials, finishes, and assembly approach before production is organized.
What does the idea‑to‑product process look like?
The process typically looks like this:
A short brief (goal, target audience, quantity, timeline, budget),
Concept and product proposal,
Design and prototype/sample,
Approval and production,
Quality control, packaging and delivery to the desired location.
What do you need from us to get started?
It’s enough to send us basic information: who your target audience is, the occasion (season, campaign, tournament, store opening), an approximate budget and quantity, plus your logo/brand manual if you have one. Based on that, we propose concrete product ideas and options.
Do you also handle design, or do we need to provide ready‑to‑print graphics?
We handle complete product and packaging design, but we can also work with your existing visuals. If you have your own design team, we coordinate with them; if you don’t, we take care of everything – from initial sketches to final print‑ready files.
What types of products can you develop?
We work across a wide range of custom products: fan merchandise for clubs (scarves, flags, souvenirs), branded products for campaigns, travel souvenirs, gift sets, private‑label products for stores and similar made‑to‑measure items. As a rule – if it can be manufactured and branded, we can design it and organize production.
What are the minimum quantities and how long does production take?
Minimum quantities depend on the product type and technology, but we always try to find a solution for smaller runs when it makes production and financial sense. Timelines depend on complexity, but as a guideline: from design approval to finished product it usually takes from a few weeks to a couple of months..
Can you organize packaging and distribution as well?
Yes. In addition to production, we can take care of custom packaging, sets (e.g. gift boxes), labeling and logistics – from delivery to a single location (club, warehouse) to distribution to multiple addresses, depending on the agreement.
What does collaboration with you look like for agencies?
For marketing and event agencies, we work as an “extension of the team” – discreetly, on demand and white‑label. You handle client communication, while we develop and deliver the products for your campaign, with clear timelines, budgets and reporting.
Do you also develop products under our own brand (private label)?
Yes, we can develop products that carry only your brand, without our name on them. This includes concept development, packaging and visual identity of the product for retail shelves, gift shops or online stores.
Do you only handle large production runs, or also smaller quantities?
We work with both small and large runs, but minimum quantities depend on the type of product and technology. Some items can be produced in smaller batches, while others require higher volumes to be cost‑effective – we communicate this clearly already at the quotation stage.
How do you calculate project pricing?
The price depends on several factors: product type, quantity, design complexity, materials, type of packaging and logistics. Once we receive your brief, we prepare a quick cost estimate and offer several options within your budget.
In which countries do you work and where do you deliver?
We work with clients from different countries and organize delivery according to your needs – to your warehouse, club/store, hotel or logistics center. We align all details of transport, customs and documentation with you before production starts.
